Reliance No Claim Bonus
Apart from offering a wide range of car insurance plans, Reliance General Insurance also provides some benefits to make its policies extremely affordable with several discounts like No Claim Bonus. The NCB is a reward given to policyholders from insurance companies for not making any claim requests in the last insurance period. It can be achieved only with safe and responsible driving due to which policyholders are rewarded with NCB which is offered in terms of discount that can decrease your payable premium by a good margin. No Claim Bonus accumulated over the years can get you a discount from 20% which can be accumulated with every consecutive claim-free year to maximum of 50%.
When it comes to No Claim Bonus, every policyholder should be aware of the fact that it is applicable only with the standalone own-damage car insurance policy and comprehensive car insurance policy. To hold NCB benefit for years, you must renew your car insurance policy timely every year without fail as it may lead to its termination. One feature of this NCB benefit is that it is transferable as it is provided to the policyholder, not to insured cars. Hence, you can also transfer this benefit from one car to another car or from one car insurance policy to another policy. In short, this benefit is a great reward for safe driving and making no claims.
