About Future Generali Future Criticare Health Insurance

Future Generali’s Future Criticare is a fixed benefit medical insurance plan. The plan covers a list of critical illnesses and surgical procedures. If the insured suffers from any of the covered illness or undergoes any of the covered procedures, the plan pays the sum insured in lump sum. The plan can be taken on individual sum insured basis or on a family floater basis. In case of family floater plans, dependent parents can also be covered.

Sum insured options start from Rs. 1 Lakh and go up to Rs. 50 Lakh. The sum insured which would be available would depend on the age of the insured individual as at higher ages there is a restriction on the sum insured available. There is also a survival period of 28 days from the diagnosis of the covered illness and the insured should survive for this survival period to get the claim.
