Insurance companies offering health insurance plans have tie-up with leading hospitals, to provide cashless treatment to the insured. These hospitals are present across India and are known as network hospitals or cashless hospitals. The network hospitals are selected by the insurance companies on the basis of several factors such as quality of services offered at the hospital, background checks, patients’ reviews, etc., and hence they keep on changing from time to time. Currently, Future Generali has more than 5,100 network hospitals that offer good quality services to the insured.

In case of network hospitalisation, all you need to do is get admitted at the hospital which is in the network of Future Generali and submit the authorization form to the TPA for a cashless claim. Once your claim is approved, then you can avail the treatment without paying anything for the expenses covered by your policy. You will not have to submit any bills or documents, but will only have to pay for the expenses that are not covered under your policy.

It is recommended to avail cashless treatment if you have a cashless mediclaim policy as it is a convenient option. Also, you must prepare a list of network hospitals nearby your place. It will help you save some time in case you require sudden hospitalisation someday.
