Eligibility

For Health Total plan, the minimum age at entry is Day 1 up to any age. The maximum age at entry does not have any restrictions.

Exclusions

• Cost of an annual health check-up
• Illnesses or injuries due to war
• The treatment of obesity or any other weight control programmes, services, and supplies
• External Congenital Anomaly and related Illness/defect
• Expenses incurred towards the treatment of an injury or an illness arising out of alcohol use/misuse or abuse of alcohol, narcotic substance or drugs, etc.
