Navi Car Insurance Renewal

When you purchase a car insurance policy, it comes with validity or a policy term. It is a period after which you are required to renew your plan to continue to avail it. Navi Car Insurance Policy Renewal - Online Process

Policyholders can renew Navi car insurance plans by following the below-given steps:

Step 1: Visit Insurer Website

Visit the website of Navi General Insurance and click on the “Renew Your Policy” tab.

Step 2: Fill In the required details

Enter your mobile number and click on the “Send OTP” option. Fill the OTP and click on the “Login” link. Also, you will be required to fill in some required details such as policy number, car registration number, car insurance policy expiry date, and so on, to move further.

Step 3: Confirm the Plan

The policy details will be displayed on your screen for verification. You are suggested to look through the details carefully and validate if you wish to renew the car insurance policy with the provided details. In case you want to make any amendments in the plan like including add-on covers, selecting a long-term plan, and so on, you can make it. After making the changes, you can confirm the plan and continue.

Step 4: Pay for the Renewal

When the plan is finalised, the premium amount for renewal will appear on your screen which you will have to pay for through the available payment options. The car insurance policy renewal will be completed with the successful payment. After this, you will get a confirmation mail from your insurer which may also include the revised policy document.

To renew your car insurance plan offline, you can get in touch with Navi General Insurance by calling the toll-free number 1800-123-0004 between 8 am and 8 pm. Also, you can reach the insurance company by sending an Email with plan details and your query to mycare@navi.com.
