Shriram General Car Insurance Policy Renewal Process - Online

Step 1: Visit Shriram General Insurance’s official website and click on the ‘Car Insurance’ option present on the homepage.

Step 2: On the newly opened page, click on the ‘Renew Shriram Policy’ link available on the left-hand side of the page.

Step 3: After clicking on the ‘Renew Shriram Policy’ link, a new page will open with 3 search options, select the option suitable for you.

In search option 1- you will have to enter your Policy Number and either of the 3 details namely, Registration Number or Chassis Number or Engine Number.

In search option 2- you will be required to enter your mobile number and the Registration Number.

In search option 3- enter your policy number along with the registered mobile number.

It is essential that policyholders verify the details entered before clicking on ‘Renew’.

Step 4: Examine the policy details carefully to avoid any confusion in the future and then make the payment for the renewal of the insurance policy. The renewal fee can be paid online using a debit card/credit card or Net Banking facilities.

Non-Shriram General Car Insurance Policy Renewal Process - Online

Step 1: Visit the official website of Shriram GI. Then click on the ‘Car Insurance’ option available on the homepage. It will direct you to a new relevant page with car insurance-related menu options. Locate and click the ‘Renew Other Insurer’s Policy’ option present on it.

Step 2: An insurance renewal form will appear on the screen. You will be required to enter all the personal details along with the vehicle information. This will help calculate the premium and then a quote will be given to you.

Step 3: Check all the policy details and other additional information before proceeding for payment. The payment of the renewal fee can be made online via debit card/credit card or Net banking facilities.
