    Yes, one can buy ProHealth online at InsuranceDekho for which you just need to fill quote at the portal. There will be several suitable health insurance plans displayed on your screen from which you can choose ProHealth Policy and pay the required premium online via a secured payment gateway.  

  • What covers are available with ProHealth Plan?

    Covers are divided in four parts: Basic Covers: It includes in patient hospitalisation, pre-hospitalisation, post-hospitalisation, day care treatment, domiciliary treatment, ambulance cover, donor expenses, worldwide emergency cover, restoration of sum insured, health maintenance benefit, maternity expenses, newborn expenses, first year vaccinations. Value Added Covers: Health checkup, expert opinion on critical illness, cumulative bonus, and healthy rewards. Optional Covers: Deductible, reduction in maternity waiting and voluntary co-pay. Add On Cover: Critical illness

  • What is the minimum and maximum age required for buying ProHealth insurance plan?

    The entry age is maximum 91 days for children and 18 years for adults. Under a floater plan, it is 23 years for children and lifetime for adults.

  • What is the tenure of the ProHealth plan?

    The policy tenure is either 1 year or 2 years. You have the option to choose the tenure when buying the policy.

  • Where is the pre-medical test conducted?

    The pre-medical check-up is conducted at the network of diagnostic designated centers identified by CignaTTK.

  • Does CignaTTK pay for pre-policy medical checkup?

    Yes, the expenses incurred in medical tests are paid by CignaTTK.

  • Will CignaTTK share medical reports in case the ProHealth policy is not issued?

    Yes, CignaTTK shares medical reports if the policy is not issued, but on receiving a written request.

  • What is the exit age in the ProHealth policy?

    There is no exit age in this policy.

  • What is Voluntary Co-pay under the ProHealth policy?

    CignaTTK only pays 90% or 80% of any amount that the company assesses for the payment or reimbursement in concern with any claim under the policy made by the insured person. The balance is to be borne by the insured person. Co-pays are not available with Critical Illness Add On (if chosen) or Health Checkup.

  • How can a customer renew the policy?

    A customer can make premium payments at local branches of CignaTTK, or choose to make online payment through net banking or using his/her credit card or debit card.
