Raheja QBE Appoints Liberty General Insurance’s Pankaj Arora as MD

Pankaj Arora, who holds more than 20 years of experience in building sustainable businesses across several geographies, has been appointed as the new MD and CEO of Raheja QBE General Insurance Company. Mr. Arora was earlier associated with Liberty General Insurance and holds a great record in formulating business strategies and executing the same successfully.

Arora will lead the organisation’s goals to develop its potential in the fast growing personal lines space by increasing product bouquet for the end customer. Arora mentioned that Raheja QBE would keep on having customers as its core focus. He stated, “We aim to bring one unique innovation to the general insurance industry every two years”.

Raheja QBE is a joint venture between Prism Johnson Ltd. and QBE Holding (AAP) Pty. Ltd. On his appointment, Arora stated, “We will continue to keep the customer at the centre of every conversation and decision making. All our product innovations, technology investments, claim servicing tools will be developed keeping in mind how seamless and hassle-free is the customer experience. We aim to bring one unique innovation to the general insurance industry every 2 years.”
