Things You Should Not Do Immediately After COVID-19 Lockdown Ends
Precautions After Coronavirus Lockdown Ends: India is under Lockdown 4.0. While the government has issued guidelines and instructions about how it will work, it is evident that some states have started functioning gradually.
As public transport, barbershops, salons, etc. are now functioning in many states, many people are resuming to work. However, resuming to work does not mean that precautions are no longer required. In fact, now it is even more important to understand the Do’s and Don’ts so that we can ensure the utmost safety of ourselves and others.
While much has been said about what should be done, let’s focus on what should NOT be done after the lockdown ends in India.
1. Do Not Throw or Attend Parties
We know you have been waiting for that movement for long now but partying would not be a good idea as it will not allow social distancing. Visiting crowded places like the bar is not recommended at all as amid the social gatherings there is a high chance of virus transmission from both symptomatic and asymptomatic people.

2. Do Not Eat Unhealthy Food
You can fight the highly infectious coronavirus only if you follow preventive measures and strengthen your immune system naturally, which will only happen if you eat healthy food, get enough sleep, and exercise regularly. You can boost your immunity by adding antioxidants and avoiding binge eating of unhealthy snacks from low standard eateries, or frequently ordering food from outside.
3. Do Not Plan A Vacation
It would not be the best option to plan a trip with friends or family immediately after the lockdown ends. But remember that traveling is the same reason that made coronavirus a pandemic. And you must remind yourself the same whenever you see an enticing advertisement for affordable travel packages after the lockdown. Thus, do not go on a vacation or a trip right after the lockdown ends in order to keep yourself protected from the coronavirus spread.
4. Do Not Forget To Follow Hand Hygiene
Unless there is a cure to the pandemic declared coronavirus, you must not forget or stop to follow proper sanitization routine. Wash your hands frequently with soap and water. If soap and water are not available, then wash them with an alcohol-based (at least 60%) sanitizer. Also, carry it with you always to keep the sanitization routine in full play.
5. Do Not Throw Away The Masks
To fight the coronavirus, an ideal way is to keep following the precautions whenever stepping out of home. There is no harm in wearing face masks. Wear a mask when going to the grocery store, a pharmacist, meeting a friend etc. and keep yourself and others safe.

6. Follow Coughing Etiquettes
Using a tissue to cover your nose and mouth while coughing or sneezing is a must. Not only during the lockdown or the outbreak, but you should follow these etiquettes otherwise too. Also, do not forget to throw the used tissue in a closed bin and wash hands after that.

Takeaway
At least till the time, we do not have a cure for the pandemic declared coronavirus, following the necessary precautions is a wise thing to do. Be optimistic about living a better life after lockdown but be realistic as well as we do not really know what the future has in store for us.
