Visit the download policy page of the insurer. Enter your policy number, date of birth, enter the captcha, and press next. [4]

Step 2: Check Policy Status or Download Policy PDF

You will now be redirected to the dashboard from where you can check your policy status. Additionally, you can also click on the Quick Links tab on the extreme right of the page and click on policy download to be redirected to the customer portal where you can write to the customer care team for assistance.
