The policyholders can avail the treatments that their Royal Sundaram Health Insurance plans cover them for, up to the sum insured limit and as per the terms and conditions of the policy.

In the network hospital, the policyholders have the flexibility to avail either planned hospitalisation or emergency hospitalisation. Note that in either case, the policyholders are required to inform the insurance company within the stipulated time.
