Religare Health Insurance Launches ‘Moment of Truth’ Campaign for Customer Awareness

Care Health Insurance formerly Religare Health Insurance has launched a campaign to drive awareness among its company’s customers and the general public. The company discussed several Do’s and Don’ts that would help the customers understand and use their policies better. 

The campaign named ‘Moment of Truth’ launched by RHI aims towards simplifying the customer’s experience at the time of making claims, i.e. which is the time when they need their policy the most. 

The MD and CEO of Religare Health Insurance, shared his thoughts, saying that most of the times the health insurers face situations where there is a difference between how the customer understands a product and what they expect. The company takes the responsibility of building trust among the customers and their prospects.   

Raghu Bhat-Founder of Scarecrow M&C Saatchi shared his thoughts, saying that educating and empowering the customers with relevant information that helps them gain access to quality health care is a great way of building trust with them. Raghu shared his happiness on Religare choosing the path of storytelling through engaging and entertaining videos. 

Religare focused on not only its customers but also the public at large as an initiative to have informed consumers. The key strength of the company was also discussed in the campaign, i.e. the Fast and Paperless Claim Settlement Process. It works through technology interface-Claim-genie which enables claim intimation by submitting the documents online.
