  • Enter information about your policy, like the policy number, client ID, date of birth, and the date the policy began.
  • For security reasons, please check the number below and click the box that says you agree to the terms and conditions. Click on "Send." You will be asked to set up a profile, which you can then use to get into the login portal with your credentials.

If you're a new Kotak Mahindra Group Insurance customer, you may follow the below-mentioned steps - 

  • Click on Manage My Policy in the "How to do I" section,
  • If you click "Login," you will be taken to a different page.
  • Click on the Customer group.
  • You'll be taken to a new page. On that page, click on "New User." Sign up here. Click on either "Company Representative for Group Life Insurance Policy" or "Superannuation
  • Member of Group Insurance Policy," depending on who you are. You'll be taken to a different page. 
  • Fill out the form with your information, double-check the number for safety, and check the box that says you agree to the terms and conditions. You will need to create a user ID and password that you can use to get into the portal in the future.

  • You can also use the "Let's Chat" feature, which is available on the insurance company's official website. If you are an existing customer, click either "yes" or "no" when asked. Type in your name, phone number, date of birth, and email address. Click on the Start button.

  • You can also go to the branch that is closest to you.
