• Underlying Issues: It has been found that Covid-19 renders the body in such a weak state that it is not able to cope, even when the body has been rid of the virus. Usually, deaths are due to underlying diseases. The occurrence of underlying diseases is very high in older people.

• Affordability & Eligibility: As you age, the premium keeps increasing, and there comes a period when you can no longer apply for health coverage.
