    The age to purchase a Pramerica Term Insurance policy is between 18 and 50 years. The Trushield Policy has terms of 7, 10, 12, 15, 20 years thus the maximum age at which it can be purchased is 50 years, and the policy term for U-protect policy is 10 years -30 years and the maximum age for purchase is the same. 

  • What is the minimum and maximum value of sum assured in Pramerica Term Insurance plans?

    The minimum sum assured in a Pramerica TruShield plan is Rs 5 lakhs, and the maximum is Rs. 50 crores. The minimum amount assured in DHFL Pramerica U-Protect plan is Rs. 25 lakhs, and there is no maximum limit which is subject to underwriting.

    Pramerica TruShield plan has an option of monthly, annual, or single premium payment, whereas the U-Protect plan has yearly and half-yearly premium options.
