One can access the customer dashboard by clicking on the “I Wish to Login” option. This feature allows you to view the policy details, update your information, and manage various aspects of your insurance.

The portal also allows policyholders to check the status of their insurance applications online so they can stay updated on the progress of their requests.

TASHA – Tata AIA Chatbot

TATA AIA has developed a chatbot named “TASHA” to enhance customer service. Whether you are a new or existing customer, TASHA provides real-time support and resolves all customer queries 24*7.

Locate Branch

The portal also gives the option to locate TATA AIA Life’s nearest branch. To use this feature, click on More > Branch Locator from the seven tabs at the top. Enter your state and city or Pincode, and the webpage will show you all the nearest branches.

To log in at the TATA AIA Life Insurance portal, follow the below-mentioned steps:

Step 1: Open the TATA AIA Life Insurance website and scroll down the webpage. Then, click on the “I wish to login” option.

Step 2: On the portal, you’ll find two options, “Individual” and “Non Individual.” You can choose the one accordingly, then enter your registered Email/Phone Number or Policy Number and DOB.

Step 3: You can either “login with OTP” or “login with Password.”

Step 4: Once done, you’ll be able to access your dashboard and manage your account.

If you've forgotten your password and are having trouble logging into the TATA AIA Life portal, follow the steps below to reset it.

Step 1: Open the official website of TATA AIA Life Insurance and tap on the“I wish to log in” option.

Step 2: On the Login page, click on the “Forgot Password” option.

Step 3: On the next page, provide your registered Email, Phone Number, or Policy Number and DOB.

Step 4: Click on “Reset”.

Step 5: You'll be redirected to a new webpage where you can create a new password and regain access to the account.
