  • What is the minimum and maximum entry age for Care Joy Policy?

    The minimum entry age for adults is 18 years, for children it is 1 day, and newborn babies are 1 day. Whereas the maximum entry age for adults is 65 years, for children it is 24 hours, and newborn babies are 90 days.  

  • What are the waiting periods under Care Joy Policy?

    Care Joy Policy comes with the following waiting periods: 

    • 30 days for any illness except accident
    • Waiting period of 9 months for maternity  
    • Waiting period of 2 years for specific treatments/illnesses
    • 4 years for pre-existing diseases
  • Is there any co-payment under Care Joy Policy?

    If you enrol at the age of 61 years or more, then you will be required to pay 20% of the claim amount under the policy.
