  • If there is a loss or damage caused by someone riding the two wheeler under the influence of alcohol or other substance
  • Any loss or damage due to depreciation in the vehicle’s value
  • Consequential loss, that is, if any original damage causes subsequent damages or loss, only the original damage will be covered by the insurance policy
  • Damage to tubes and tyres will be excluded, unless damage to the vehicle occurs at the same time in which case the insurance company will bear 50% of the cost of replacement
  • Loss or damage to accessories installed on the two wheeler by theft or burglary, unless the vehicle is simultaneously stolen
