- Asymmetrical Tread Design
In this type of pattern, both sides of the tyre tread are dissimilar in design. This gives better traction on flat roads, and also provides a better grip when turning the vehicle. For this purpose, the outer side has a broader pattern than the inner side.
- Unidirectional Tread Design
This type of tread design is mostly used for high-speed vehicles, due to its efficiency. It has grooves that are V-shaped, enabling the tire to cut through resistance with ease while giving a better grip. It is fitted only in a specific direction.
