How to Locate ICICI Lombard Network Garages

Step 3: You will get a list of details of cashless garages in the city with addresses and contact details. You can contact the garage which is convenient for you.

Claim Process at ICICI Lombard Network Garages

To get your claim at a cashless garage, follow the given process:

  • Claim Initiation: Call 1800 2666 to inform the insurer about the damage or accident as soon as possible and initiate the process by submitting the claim form.
  • Survey and approval: Complete the survey through InstaSpect or by an offline inspection officer. Damage is identified and the estimated cost of repair is calculated. Once it is approved
  • Repairs at the network garage: Once the insurer approves the cost, your car will be repaired.
  • Claim settlement: The payment will be completed from the insurer to the garage. Although it is a cashless repair you will have to pay for any repairs that are not covered under your insurance.
