Step 3: Enter the required details to get your insurance document. For some websites you may need to create an account and log into it for others you may need to simply enter details such as your name, phone number and policy number.

Step 4: After you have entered all the required details and verified your profile, you can view the two-wheeler insurance document. Now  select the print or download option to get your duplicate copy. If you want a hard copy simply print it out.

How to Issue a Duplicate Two-Wheeler Insurance Policy Document Offline?

If you want to issue a duplicate insurance document offline it is a bit more complicated. Here are the steps you need to take:

Step 1: Inform the insurance provider that you have misplaced your policy document papers. Make sure to ask if there are any other specific steps you will need to take. 

Step 2: File an FIR at your nearest police station stating that your two-wheeler insurance policy document is lost/ cannot be found. You will need to submit the FIR along with other documents to the insurance provider.

Step 3: You will need to advertise the loss of the two-wheeler insurance policy document in the state newspaper at your own cost. You will need to submit proof of this to the insurance provider as well.

Step 4: You will also need to sign an indemnity bond on non-judicial stamp paper. The document should mention your full name and have the signature of two-witnesses.

Step 5: Submit all the required documents to the insurance provider and they will issue the duplicate insurance policy papers within a short amount of time.
