    The insurance broker ID has really helpful customer care executives who help you choose the plan from many in the market, understand your needs and help you in the purchase process.   • Very easy to understand and user friendly

    The family health optima plan from star health insurance is easy to understand and user friendly at the same time. You only need to call them at their toll free number 1800 1205 698 and rest they will take care of it. Also, everybody faces health emergencies in life so this plan will definitely be useful for all.

  • Pretty fast claim process

    The reason why I chose star health was because i knew that it offers really good claim settlement process. Also, i experienced it myself when last year i had made a claim under my family health optima plan when my father was hospitalised. The process was really smooth and i have no complaints

    Iam an existing customer of star health insurance policy and therefore chose this company only to cover myself and my family under the same plan for some extra coverage. It is always good to have more than one health insurance policies so that you can benefit from both.

  • Good medical cover

    I purchased family health optima plan from insurancedekho at affordable price. I got all the documents on time. The policy coverage features are good too and it covers domiciliary hospitalisation treatments, in-patient hospitalisation cover, days pre and post hositalisation expenses etc. Can go for it...it is a nice plan with good medical cover

  • Comes in variants..gives choice

    The family health optima plan is a good one. I brought it after consulting from customer care executives at insurancedekho. It offers no claim bonus also and tax benefit on the premium paid as well. I also got free health check up under this plan. Can buy from insurancedekho..
