Scope of Coverage

• Pre-hospitalisation cover: 30 days for Silver, 60 days for Gold and 90 days for Platinum before hospitalisation
• Post hospitalisation: 60 days for Silver, 90 days for Gold, 180 days for the Platinum plan
• Domiciliary treatment on the advice of the doctor
• Maternity benefit if the woman is covered as an insured person
• Coverage for emergency ambulance up to a specified limit
• Termination of pregnancy if the doctor recommends
• Inpatient treatment for which a minimum of 24 hours of hospitalisation is required

Eligibility

To buy the policy, the maximum entry age for woman is 65 years. The minimum entry age for this policy is 3 months.

Exclusions

• Surgical treatment for ENT disorders
• No coverage for illegal termination of pregnancy
• The medical claim in the first 30 days from the Policy Start Date is excluded
• Health issues arising due to sexually transmitted disease, like AIDS or HIV, etc.
• Expenses for ectopic pregnancy is not covered under the policy
