​Eligibility

The proposer of the plan has to be at least 18 years. Whereas, the maximum entry age is 70 years.

Exclusions

• Injury caused by abusive substance
• Any alternative treatment or medicine
• Cost of contact lenses, spectacles, hearing aid etc.
• Any injury caused directly or indirectly due to weapons
• Treatments undergone during the specific waiting periods for specific illnesses, treatments, outpatient treatment and maternity and childcare benefit.
