Persons aged between 3 months to 55 years can be covered under this plan but the proposer has to be an adult only. Up to 2 adults and 4 children can be covered under the family floater plan with different combinations specified. The plan provides several benefits to the policyholders such as outpatient medical expenses, organ donor cover, domiciliary hospitalisation cover and so on.

Eligibility

Minimum entry age is 18 years and the maximum entry age is 70 years for this plan.

Exclusions

• Expenses occurring in the waiting period. An accident is an exception for the same
• Pre-existing diseases are covered after 36 months of the continuous coverage
• Maternity and childcare benefit can be availed only after the waiting period
• Outpatient treatment can be covered after a waiting period of 3 years
• Any injury caused due to self-harm
