Eligibility

To enter the policy, the policyholder should be a minimum of 18 years old and a maximum of 65 years. Minimum entry age in the Individual Plan is 5 years and in the Floater Plan is 91 days.

Exclusions

• No cover for critical illness until the waiting period of 90 days
• Pre-existing disease covered after a waiting period of 2 to 4 years
• Treatment associated with addictive conditions and disorders
• Any disease caused by drugs or not supported by a prescription
• Cataract, hernia and joint replacement surgeries covered after a 2-year waiting period
