    I was having some concerns over some details in the policy document. Upon contacting Digit customer service, they tried explaining it to me but I was not totally convinced and wanted a more detailed response. I further contacted the grievance redressal officer who addressed all my concerns in detail and gave considerable time to help me. InsuranceDekho had mentioned that Digit has a very nice customer query response which inclined me towards the insurer.

  • Smooth Claim Process

  • Benefits of Consumable covers

    My car had some mechanical issues and was taken by the insurer for repair. After repairing I had to pay nothing except the deductibles. Moreover, my consumable cover saved me the cost of the consumables required in repairing the car as well. Kudos to InsuanceDekho and their team for helping out in picking the best insurer.   • Excellent customer support

  • Quality centric service

  • Live Repair updates

    My car was taken to a garage by Acko within an hour of filing a claim.     I was travelling back to Delhi from Moradabad early morning when my car stopped working and smoke was coming out from the engine. I was in a panic situation and called the HDFC Ergo claim team and a towing vehicle arrived in justified time with a mechanic who assessed the car and identified the problem.   • Bumper repair service

    I had a small accident while coming back from work and my bumper was damaged so badly that my car was not in a condition to be driven back home. Thankfully I had ICICI Lombard car insurance which covered my bumper damage and had a roadside assistance cover as well.
