Scope of Coverage

Eligibility

Anyone who is aged between 18 years and 65 years and is diagnosed with Type I or Type II diabetes mellitus can avail the benefits provided under this policy.

Exclusions

• Injuries or ailments due to drugs/alcohol, smoking, substance abuse, or tobacco chewing are excluded
• Convalescence, run-down condition, general debility, nutritional deficiency state
• Psychiatric, mental and behavioural disorders
• Sexually transmitted diseases and venereal disease
• Any hospitalisations which are not suggested by the doctor
